







Why PADI Boat Diver?
To familiarize yourself with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of diving from a boat. The Boat Diver course in intended to serve as a safe, supervised introduction to boat diving.
What do I need to start?
Must be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver. Minimum age requirement is 12 to earn a PADI Boat Diver Certification.
What will I do?
| Develop your knowledge of dive boats - proper boat diving etiquette, personal conduct, basic dive boat terminology, local boat diving laws and / or ordinances. |
| Develop you ability to perform important boat diving skills - boat diving entries / exits, use of emergency / safety equipment and, in some situations, basic boating skills |
| Lean to plan, organize and conduct safe dives from a boat |
